Notes on Ordering

All orders are despatched as quickly as possible, but items which have to be collected from various sources (small manufacturers or importers) occasionally cause delays. Orders for stock items only are despatched within 2-4 working days. If you have ordered items we do not stock, supply is normally within 10 days but please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Orders by Phone or Fax

When Ordering from our adverts or promotional lists, please quote the reference number or month of the list or advert. This will ensure any special price or offer will be applied. Business hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. An answerphone operates outside these hours & when the order lines are busy. Please give your COMPLETE ADDRESS, your card may not be accepted without it.

Special Orders

Orders for CDs which we neither promote or stock are placed with the record companies each Wednesday at 8:00am. This also applies to titles which are no longer stocked on out-of-date adverts and lists.

Returns

Faulty or Discs Sent In Error: Please notify us giving track details of the disc fault / error but please do not return the disc at this stage. We will arrange a replacement, packaging and paperwork for it's return. We regret we cannot be responsible for CDs returned without our Returns Document & packaging. No postal credits are raised for unauthorised returns.

It is advisable to check a suspect disc on another machine before return as few discs appear to incompatible with some players and all further copies may be the same.
